Voting model

Initially, the Metahuman team and advisory board will submit HUMAN-RP proposals for voting autonomously through the Magistrate, a committee dedicated to working towards full routing protocol governance. Later on, the community will be able to directly submit proposals as well, so long as a percentage of all votes is achieved to meet the minimum proposal threshold (1% of all voting power). Delegation is possible to achieve the minimum proposal submission threshold. Once a vote has passed the minimum threshold, a voting power snapshot is created to account for weightings and voting will be active for 14 (or 30) days. If enough people voted (at least 10% of voting power for the decided outcome) and depending on the outcome, the proposal will then get converted to a CTA, either to the community, or Metahuman, based on the proposal type, or be denied if unsuccessful.
