Liquidity provision /market making

To ensure enough liquidity is present at all times, users can provide liquidity to permissionless smart contracts in whatever digital currency they want, paired with HMT. They will earn fees based on transfer volume in that currency (payments and payouts). This may come via AMMs like Hummingbot, support from existing DEX/DeFi platforms, or a swap provider like spookyswap. The user community will ultimately decide the preferred path here, so RP should remain flexible.
